Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized and professional Office Secretary to support the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with staff, clients, and visitors.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (a certificate or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or Business Administration is preferred).
Proven experience working as an office secretary, front desk clerk, or administrative assistant, preferably in an educational institution.
Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software or databases.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Swahili.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with parents, students, and staff.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high integrity.
Basic knowledge of record-keeping, bookkeeping, and managing petty cash.
Certification in basic first aid is an added advantage
