The Leadership & Student Development Society helps students develop confidence, responsibility, accountability and effective leadership skills. Students are given opportunities to organize activities, work with teams, solve problems and take responsibility for projects. These experiences prepare students for leadership positions within the college, workplaces and the wider community while strengthening their interpersonal and professional skills.
