Field Marketer / Sales Agent (B2B – Education Platforms)
Job Description
Elimys is a growing education technology platform that connects learning institutions with students, parents, and professionals. We are looking for an experienced Field Marketer / Sales Agent to drive institution onboarding and adoption of the Elimys platform through direct, on-the-ground engagement.
This role is execution-focused and requires someone who has done field sales or field marketing before, understands B2B selling, and is comfortable meeting decision-makers in institutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, TVETs, and universities to present Elimys
Pitch the platform to institutional decision-makers and administrators
Onboard institutions onto the Elimys platform
Follow up on leads and scheduled visits
Educate institutions on how to use and benefit from the platform
Maintain basic records of visits, meetings, and outcomes
Provide feedback from the field on objections, needs, and market response
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree holder (Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field)
Proven experience in field sales or field marketing (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with door-to-door institutional visits
Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools or basic reporting is an added advantage
Prior experience selling SaaS, education services, insurance, telco, or similar products is a plus
