About This Course
Project Management equips you to manage projects across sectors, from inception to closure. You learn project design and implementation, financing and procurement of goods, works and services, risk management, monitoring and evaluation, audit and review, environmental management, and the management of stakeholders and scope.
Practical exercises and an industrial attachment let you apply these skills to real projects.
Entry Requirements
