Rules and Regulations

1. General Conduct

  1. All students must uphold discipline, respect, and integrity at all times.

  2. Politeness and cooperation are expected in interactions with staff, fellow students, and visitors.

  3. Students must dress decently and appropriately while on campus.

  4. Fighting, bullying, or use of abusive language is strictly prohibited.

  5. The possession or use of drugs, alcohol, or any illegal substance is forbidden.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

  1. Students must attend all scheduled classes, workshops, and training sessions punctually.

  2. A minimum attendance of 80% is required to qualify for examinations or certification.

  3. Late entry to class will not be allowed after 15 minutes of the lesson start time.

  4. Absence from class must be reported in advance or immediately upon return with a valid reason.

3. Academic Integrity

  1. All assignments, projects, and exams must be done honestly and individually unless group work is specified.

  2. Cheating, plagiarism, or falsifying information will lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal.

  3. Students are responsible for keeping their academic records and assignments safe and up to date.

4. Fees and Financial Regulations

  1. All fees must be paid promptly according to the institute’s payment schedule.

  2. Proof of payment must be presented before attending classes or sitting for examinations.

  3. Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or withholding of results and certificates.

  4. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management.

5. Property and Facilities

  1. Students must take good care of all school property and learning materials.

  2. Damage or loss of institute property will be paid for by the responsible student(s).

  3. Classrooms, computer labs, and other facilities must be kept clean and orderly at all times.

  4. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner; the institute is not liable for loss or theft.

6. Dress Code

  1. Students should wear clean, modest, and professional attire suitable for a learning environment.

  2. Where uniforms are provided, they must be worn during all training sessions and official functions.

  3. Slippers, revealing clothes, or indecent dressing are not permitted.

7. Examination Regulations

  1. Students must observe all examination rules and instructions strictly.

  2. Anyone found cheating or aiding in cheating will face disciplinary action, including disqualification.

  3. Students must carry valid identification during exams.

  4. Late entry into the exam room will not be allowed after 30 minutes from the start.

8. Use of Technology

  1. Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during class sessions.

  2. Unauthorized recording, photography, or posting of institute content online is prohibited.

  3. The computer lab and internet must be used for academic purposes only.

9. Health and Safety

  1. Students must report any illness or injury immediately to the administration.

  2. Emergency exits and safety equipment must be respected and used only in case of emergencies.

  3. Cleanliness and hygiene must be maintained within the campus environment.

10. Disciplinary Measures

Violations of these rules may result in one or more of the following:

  • Verbal or written warning

  • Suspension from class or institute activities

  • Payment for damages caused

  • Dismissal from the institute

11. Communication

  1. Official communication from the institute will be through notice boards, email, or official WhatsApp groups.

  2. Students are responsible for checking and responding to official communication promptly.

12. Amendments

These rules and regulations are subject to review by the Eastview Training Institute Management as necessary. Updates will be communicated officially to all students and staff.
