About This Course
This training program aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to enhance the living standards and social functioning of communities. Trainees will learn how to effectively manage development programs while promoting sustainable development. Participants will gain an understanding of how societies operate, the nature of social problems, the dynamics of community organization, and the principles of social and resource mobilization. They will also explore social work methods and capacity-building strategies. This course is designed to prepare students for careers with non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), government agencies, and other development entities.
