Creating an Elimys account

Creating an Elimys account begins with a Guest account.

A Guest account lets you manage your details, apply for available opportunities, and track your application updates. You can later create a Tutor or Institution account if you need one.

Create a Guest account

  1. Select Sign Up  on Elimys.
  2. Enter the required personal and contact details.
  3. Choose the category that best describes you, such as learner, parent or guardian, tutor, institution representative, or other.
  4. Create a secure password.
  5. Submit your registration.
  6. Confirm your email using the email conformation link sent to your email address.

Once your account has been created, sign in to access your Elimys account.

Creating a Tutor account

If you are a tutor, trainer, or instructor, first create and sign in to your Guest account.

From your account, select the option to create a tutor profile either from the home page 'Create Tutor Profile' or 'Get Listed'.Both links will take you to a page to create tutor profile . You can then add your public profile details, the subjects or skills you teach, your teaching options, locations, and other relevant information then submit for review.Once reviewed you will received an email for approval or decline.If approved logout then login again to access your tutor admin portal.

Creating an Institution account

If you represent a learning institution or organisation, first create and sign in to your Guest account.Its always advisable to create a guest account using the institution email address in this case.

From your account, navigate to elimys home page and click 'List an Institution' button or 'Get Listed' . You can then click 'Start Institution Registration' and fill in the institution details then submit for approval.

Once approved you will logout then login back again using the same email you used to create the institution account then you will be directed to institution admin account.
